Bubbles & Wines hides on a quiet side street just behind Stanley Market, away from the main boulevard. Hosted by its Spanish owner, it brings the warmth of a European neighbourhood wine bar to the waterfront — unhurried, personal, and unmistakably homey.
店內供應多款紅白酒與氣泡酒，配搭精心挑選的起司與冷肉拼盤。露天座位設於斜路上，坐望海邊，是赤柱鬧市中難得的靜謐角落。
The list leans red, white and sparkling, served alongside imported cheese and charcuterie boards. Outdoor seats sit on the sloped lane with an open view of the water — a rare quiet pocket in the middle of Stanley.
